Intro & DIOP Research Sub-Committee

Since our very first wellbeing survey and analysis last year, the DIOP Research Sub-Committee has put together tips on improving different aspects of wellbeing. In the coming weeks, we are delighted to share 4 series of posts on these wellbeing tips:

  • Series 1: Body Well - Getting Active in Nature by Dr Clara To
  • Series 2: Mind Well - Positive Emotion Management by Stephanie Lau
  • Series 3: Community Well - Helping Others by Nicholas Chan
  • Series 4: Flourishing Well - Keep Learning by Dr Evan Choi

In these series, the authors will bring to you research findings and real examples of the tips they shared. Your comments and feedback are welcome! Enjoy your reading! The bulletins are also shared on our Facebook and Linkedin pages.
